  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% to compensate for the reserved time slot and potential loss of business. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Your cooperation helps us manage our schedule efficiently and provide the best service to all our clients.
